Doctor recommended, I gotta say my microwavable mask did me wonders compared to this. Once it molds when cracking the tab back and forth, it creates a crease. It is very uncomfortable to the eye and doesn’t stay warm even for 10 minutes. The mask is very large and has large gaps on the edges. I can’t even recommend this to anyone as I just couldn’t get it to work for my face. It’s like it was made for Goliath, and my name happens to be David.
