I thought I had a favorite Balaclava before for summer use but this Yibeiyi face mask is now the leader of the pack. I cycle every day in heavy traffic and dust in summer weather that's in the 90s. I always wear a balaclava, mostly to protect my face and neck from the sun but also to filter dust and noise to some extent. For summer use, this mask is awesome. The material is stretchy and comfortable and has some substance to it. It fits great and feels great. I always use it ninja style with only my eyes exposed (sunglasses covers that) and there's not an issue with elastic staying power and keeping my nose covered. The length is also pretty good and covers my neck well.I have not had issues with my sunglasses fogging up while wearing this balaclava. It's not winter yet but I'll likely wear this in cold weather too as it has become my favorite.I've used this face mask on a few camping trips over the past year as well as out on the water when kayaking. During the summer it saves my face from sunburns and keeps me somewhat cool. When dipped into the water and placed back on during a paddling session on the lake or river, it feels fantastic.It dries pretty quickly and does keep you cool so I'd recommend it. If you've a larger head though it may be a bit tight of a fit. Thankfully it stretches a good bit.
