This was about the same as other collagen masks I've tried. It absorbs in less than an hour, but I do have to be laying down for it to stick well to my face, so I use it as I'm going to sleep at night. I'm a light sleeper so I usually wake up and take it off after an hour or two since its not entirely comfortable. I do get better results the longer I leave it on but thats not because my skin is absorbing more, it just means that my skin has less of a chance to dry out again since the mask is still keeping the moisture in place. Since the results are so temporary, I think you would get the same effect if you wore this for an hour in the morning. I'm just not up early enough to wear a mask for an hour before I get up in the morning.This does give my face a little more moisture than if I didn't use a mask. I tried even cutting these so I could try them on just one side of my face and it does make my skin look more plump on the nights that I use it. Unfortunately, the effect wears off by the end of the day, so its best to use as close as possible to the time you want to look your best.And while it plumps my skin, it almost increases the wrinkles in that area because there is a bigger difference between the plump skin and the lines when I smile. So when I use this, my eye area looks better when I smile less, but that is also typical of smiling increasing the appearance of wrinkles.I'm attaching a photo of the ingredients for those that are sensitive, like me. This did not cause any irritation for me and I am usually very sensitive to certain preservatives like phenoxyethanol.
